Boil Water Alerts are Broadcast to our customers by an automated voice phone call system known as “One Call Now”. Please confirm you have a current phone number on file as your primary contact number to receive these important messages.
- 7/16/2024 -Boil Advisory issued for a small portion of St Rd 135 North of Bean Blossom from until Thursday July 18, 2024 at 5 pm (please call office for a specific list, if you did not recieve a boil advisory call and feel you should have)
During a Boil Advisory you may experience the following:
- Low water pressure or a total water outage
- Discoloration or sediment in your water
- Air in your water.
Please use care when doing laundry if you are experience discoloration of water.
Once water service is restored, bring all cooking, and drinking water, to a full boil for 5 minutes, before using.
**This does not include, water used for bathing, laundry, etcetera.
