New Online Bill Payment Web Portal

You will need to re-establish your login credentials

and “Sign up” to Register your Account.

You will need your account number and last bill amount to register.

Some customers are experiencing issues logging in the new web portal for the first time.  Please check your JUNK email for a confirmation email from BCWU to continue.  

Also, we suggest using Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari web browsers for the portal to work correctly.

If you are having issues accessing the new web portal, please call our office during normal business hours or email us through the website for assistance.

Communications through the website is for non-emergency messages only. Email is not monitored afterhours, weekends or holidays. 

The New Web Portal offers additional options, including Paperless Billing. The Paperless Billing option will require the user to authorize/signup through the Online Bill Payment Web Portal.
