4/17/25 9:30 Water has been routed so that customers should have water restored. You may still be experiencing low pressure and/or air in your lines. A boil advisory will be sent out to the affected customers. If you did not have water and you did not get the call please boil your water until you are able to confirm with the office.
4/17/25 6:40 am: Crews are working to reroute the water, in order to try and get affected customers back in water. A boil advisory will be issued for those who have been without water. Once details and accounts affected have been established, an automated phone call will go out to those affected customers. If you were without water and have not received a call, please boil your water until you are able to confirm with office staff during office hours. Starting at 8 am this morning.
4/17/25 5:15 am: We have been made aware of a water main break from Citizen's Water. This is affecting some of our Northern customers who receive their water from Citizens. Citizens will work to restore water as soon as possible. If a boil advisory is needed, affected customers will receive an automated phone call with details.
