We have a water main break that is effecting some customers in the Helmsburg area. We have been able to isolate it and get a portion of the customers effected back in water, including the school, but there are still some that remain without water and will until the leak has been repaired. Crews are working to get this repaired as quickly as possible.
We have issued a boil advisory for a portion of customers in the Helmsburg area. We have sent out an automated phone call to those on the boil advisory. This boil will remain in effect until Saturday April 20, 2024 at 5pm. If you did not recieve a call and feel you should have, please call the office.
